Great Spirit Show Me How to Live

Are you ready to walk along the indigenous path to healing? As the sun slows peeks through your window and a new day begins, your spirit welcomes this day, and you will take a moment to sit quietly giving thanks for this day, as you connect with the Great Spirit, and allow for the wisdom to flow through you. Ask the “Great Spirit what caused you to wander off your path. How can you begin your journey back to your authentic self? Then, take a few minutes to relax and wait for the great spirit to give you guidance.

Can it be that Easy?

The Great Spirit answers you with very easy steps that will help you to remember who you truly are. It is a person that you have forgotten about but has always remained with you through all of your life experiences. The great spirit tells you to take only one step, and this will begin your journey home. And then, you will take a second step and a third step. There will be times when you must rest and it is good to sit for a moment to reflect upon how much you have grown along your healing process. You give thanks for the wisdom that you have learned along the way.

The stones beneath you

not a person is insight, and you must battle this emotion that rubbles like a volcano, waiting to spill its hot lava.

Then, you call to the Great Spirit who waits for you to ask for help. You are overwhelmed with a sense of calmness, that feels like gentle water flowing over you. And once again, you are ready to continue along your healing path. You know that any time you need help the “Great Spirit” can be called upon.

Walking with the Great Spirit

It was a long journey, with many hills to climb and valleys to walk through. You and the Great Spirit have had days that were filled with sunshine and so much laughter, and days when the dull grey clouds consumed the sky with heavy downpours of rain. But you have walked a long distance and have accomplished so much. Now, you can share your story with others.
